Order Catering

Plating

Cold food is served on recyclable platters. Hot food is served in recyclable aluminum hotel pans. Hot beverages are served in to-go containers. HAVE may use real platters or chaffing dishes upon request. Clients may return dishes the following day or an additional pickup fee will apply. 

Changes & Cancellations

Please note we require 72 hours (on business days) to make changes to catering orders. If you request changes after 72 hours or during weekends and holidays, please email info@have-cafe.ca or leave voicemail at 604-696-9026.

Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

Please advise at the time of ordering if anyone in your group requires special consideration. We do have vegetarian, dairy-free, vegan and gluten-free options available. Kindly note that we cannot 100% guarantee that food is allergen-free and additional charges apply for modifications. 

Payment

Payment may be made by credit card or cheque. Please make cheques out to HAVE Culinary Training Society. Cheques can be mailed to: 374 Powell Street, Vancouver, BC V6A 1G4.

Delivery

HAVE uses a third-party delivery service that requires a 15-minute "buffer" window both before and after the scheduled delivery time. Please keep this in mind when choosing your delivery time. Delivery charges vary according to location and size of order. A specific quote will be prepared for your individual order.
