Fresh, affordable, and socially conscious catering. Our catering enterprise provides valuable, hands-on experience for our culinary students. All revenue directly supports their education and employment.

Socially Conscious Catering

Under the supervision of our chef instructors, HAVE students learn and hone their new skills as they prepare meals. This working classroom offers our students a chance to gain proficiency and confidence in the kitchen while learning about nutritional guidelines, safe food practices, and meal planning.


A wonderful "full circle" is created when our students work hard to provide catering to our clients while simultaneously transforming their lives, breaking barriers, and working towards their own self-sufficiency.


Executive Hot Breakfast


Scrambled eggs, choice of pancakes or french toast, choice of bacon or sausage, red skin potato home fries, fresh fruit platter, coffee, tea, cream and sugar.

Pancakes or French Toast Breakfast


Choose from pancakes or french toast. Fresh fruit platter, coffee, tea, cream and sugar. Served with butter and syrup.

Spicy Sausage Breakfast Wrap


This wrap comes loaded with sausage, egg, cheese, hash browns, salsa and sour cream. Accompanied by a fresh fruit platter, coffee, tea, cream and sugar.

Healthy Choice Breakfast


Smoothie, gluten free and vegan granola bar, fruit platter, coffee, tea, cream and sugar.

Continental Breakfast


A fresh assortment of baked goods which may include croissants, banana bread, muffins, lemon loaf, scones, cinnamon buns. Served with a fruit platter, coffee, tea, cream, sugar, butter and preserves.

Pender Hep C Support Groups here at Pender Community Health Centre order catering from HAVE Culinary Training School for 22 people twice a month. Food is a part of the group as an engagement tool and to keep the people coming back to their healthcare providers.

The food arrives in a timely fashion and is consistently delicious and nutritious. We are happy to support an institution that supports its student and creates such delicious food.

I've had the pleasure of working with HAVE Cafe for the last 3 years.  They have catered for a number of meetings at Science World as well as for our annual multi-day professional development workshop for teachers. For these events, HAVE Cafe provides a varied menu for breakfast and lunch for 4-5 days for 30 to 70 participants.  We consistently receive very positive feedback from attendees about the quality of the food. On a professional level, I have found HAVE Cafe staff to be highly capable, adaptable, and easy to work with.
